Accessibility Policy
Purpose
Connect4Life’s mission and vision of an accessible, barrier-free, inclusive society is detailed in our Strategic Plan. Consistent with Connect4Life’s Purpose, Vision, Mission and Values, accessibility will be continually embedded into all our employment and service activities to ensure people living with disabilities can fully participate in our programs, services, facilities, information, communications and employment, without barriers. We encourage anyone to communicate with us through readily available feedback loops online to express a problem or complaint as regards the availability and/or delivery of our information, programs and services, and the Board of Connect4Life will promptly address and/or respond to such communication as received within three business days.
AODA Multi-Year Accessibility Plan
Connect4Life is committed to working towards full compliance with all standards under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) as they are introduced. We affirm our commitment to providing quality services in a manner that respects the dignity and independence of persons with disabilities. Our current plan aligns with our strategic plan.
